New Salik Toll Rates in Effect January 31 – Will You Pay AED 6?

Salik Dubai just announced its new variable Salik toll rates, taking effect from 31st January 2025. The new toll rates on weekdays will be AED 6 during morning peak hours (6 am to 10 am) and evening peak hours (4 pm to 8 pm). 

On Sundays, except for public holidays, special occasions, or significant events, the toll remains AED 4 all day. However, no toll will be charged from 1 am to 6 am.

These Salik toll rates apply throughout the year except for Ramadan, when they are different. 

Salik Toll Rates for the month of Ramadan 

On Sundays, the Salik fee is just AED 4 from 7 am to 2 am. Salik toll rates are free from 2 am to 7 am, except on public holidays and during major events. Salik noted that the charge method did not change when passing through the Al Safa North and Al Safa South toll gates.

This also applies to the Al Mamzar North and Al Mamzar South toll gates when passing them in the same direction within one hour. Salik is here to make your travels convenient! Whenever your vehicle passes through any toll gates across the city, you’ll be charged a fixed fee of just AED 4. 

The same charging method applies when you pass through the Al Safa North and Al Safa South toll gates, as well as the Al Mamzar North and Al Mamzar South toll gates. So, no worries; it’s all straightforward and designed to keep your journey smooth.
