Constructors’ Championship Still Up for Grabs

Max Verstappen has recently acquired the driver’s title. He was seen celebrating in Qatar with his mother and sister. He deserves to celebrate as he recently made history by marking his 9th victory in this season. But the Constructors’ Championship is still up for grabs.

It’s no longer a game—it’s a war zone between Ferrari and McLaren. Both these teams are separated by only 21 points, making the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix a must-watch for both teams. Ferrari still has a chance. As Lewis Hamilton said, “I don’t think it will end on a high; it’ll end. What’s important is we turn up and give it our best shot.” Lewis finished 12th after two separate penalties and concluded he wasn’t fast anymore.

Record-Breaking Crowd

Yas Marina is expecting a record-breaking crowd of almost 170,000 fans. Based on these numbers, it will be an electrifying event. Some say this is the largest crowd ever witnessed in Formula 1 history and Yas Marina’s history, too. Too bad the Yas Marina Circuit only has a seating capacity of 60,000 people.

Ferrari FTW

Additionally, Lando Norris’s penalty felt like a special gift for Ferrari, allowing Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz to secure an extra 26 points for their team. Leclerc’s 18 points also reduced the gap to Norris to just eight in the race for the runner-up position in the driver standings, a notable achievement even if it’s not a significant concern for either driver.
