You are responsible for conducting your own investigations, and we do not guarantee or take responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided in the details.

It is your responsibility to verify, confirm, and ensure the accuracy of any Details. Before committing to any purchase, you should arrange for a professional inspection and obtain legal advice. Additionally, you are responsible for acting in good faith in your dealings with all parties involved.

1.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in the UAE to use this platform.

2. User Accounts

3.1. Listings:

• Car Description: Sellers must provide accurate details about their vehicles, including but not limited to the vehicle’s condition, make, mileage, and relevant specifications.
• Car Images: Sellers must ensure that all images posted of the vehicle are clear and not blurry. The images must be taken by the seller themselves and not downloaded from the internet. The images must be current and represent the condition and appearance of the car at the time of selling.
• Content Guidelines: Avoid including any prohibited content in your ad, such as offensive, explicit, or illegal materials. Your ad should adhere to our platform's content policies and community guidelines.
• Sellers must agree to remove the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
• Sellers must refrain from changing or modifying the details of the car after posting the ad.
• Sellers must not share details of multiple vehicles in one ad. Separate ads must be posted for each vehicle.
• Car Location: The cars must physically be located in the UAE. Ads for cars outside the UAE will be taken down or rejected.

3.2. Buyers: Buyers are responsible for verifying the condition of the vehicle before purchasing. We recommend an in-person inspection or the use of a third-party inspection service.

3.3. Transactions: All transactions between buyers and sellers must comply with the applicable UAE laws and regulations. We do not take responsibility for the execution of the transaction or the accuracy of the information provided by users.

3.4. No Warranty: We do not guarantee the condition, legality, or title of any vehicle listed on our platform.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. Service Fees: We may charge sellers for listing vehicles or buyers for premium services, which will be clearly disclosed on our pricing page.

4.2. Payment Methods: Payment for services on the platform can be made via the provided methods (e.g., credit cards, bank transfers).

4.3. Non-refundable Fees: Unless otherwise stated, service fees are non-refundable.

4.4. Taxes: Users are responsible for paying any applicable taxes on transactions.

5. User Conduct
