Ramadan 2025 UAE Parking Rules – Who Pays & Who Parks Free?

Updated Parking Fees
Effective March 2025, Dubai’s RTA has revised parking charges to improve traffic flow.
Peak Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Premium Zones:
AED 6 per hour
Other Public Parking:
AED 4 per hour
Off-Peak Hours:
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Rates remain unchanged.
Free Parking
Overnight:
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Sundays & Public Holidays:
No charges!
Premium parking is available in high-traffic commercial areas near metro stations (within 500m). These locations include Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Jumeirah.
New Parking Zones in Dubai
In July 2024, Dubai added 7,000+ new paid parking spaces in key areas, including Jaddaf Waterfront, Al Sufouh Gardens, Arjan, and Dubai Land Residence Complex. Dubai has paid and free parking areas. Paid zones include metered street parking and multi-story car parks.
Free parking is available on select residential streets, beaches, and parks, but there may be time limits.

Regular Days:
8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (no breaks)
Ramadan:
